Ingredients:
LOBSTER, BUTTER, shallots, mushrooms, garlic, EGGS, brandy, DJON MUSTARD, lemon, Vermouth, FISH STOCK- fish and SHELLFISH, onions, celery, carrots, water. THICKNER – WHEAT flour, palm fat
How to Cook:
For best results, heat the lobster meat in a frying pan with a little oil or butter and stir for 1 minute. Once hot, add the sauce and stir through till desired temperature- 2 mins. Empty the pan into your lobster shells and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. For extra crispiness transfer the lobster to the grill and heat until cheese has melted and is turning brown.
Relax and serve – goes deliciously with a dry, buttery, Chardonnay
